Were my upgrades considered in the value?

Yes, any part of the property present at the time of inspection is considered in the appraisal value, including upgrades to countertops, and bathrooms, etc. However, if you are mid-renovation and plan to add upgrades with your Point funds, those future improvements will not be considered. The appraised value is based solely on the property’s condition at the time of inspection.
