Each AVM is carefully reviewed by our valuations team before being approved. If you have concerns or disagree with the report, please contact your Point team to discuss the specific issues. An appraisal may still be ordered if significant errors are found, such as incorrect Gross Living Area (GLA), inaccurate Room Count, or failure to account for an inground pool.
