Point was formed in 2014 and has been offering Home Equity Investments (HEIs) to homeowners for over a decade, adding new states every year. In 2025, we launched our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) offering. We've helped over 20,000 homeowners across the U.S. get cash from their home equity.
