Can I use HEI funds to make necessary repairs to my house?

While HEI funds are often used for home upgrades, Point can't invest in properties that are structurally compromised such as a roof that is damaged, leaking, or needs to be replaced. If you're in the middle of roof repairs, they will need to be finished before you can be eligible. Additionally, other systemic issues such as foundation problems, water damage, or mold will need to taken care of prior to our investment.
