What if I have a recent bankruptcy?

At this time, we have a these waiting periods:

• 2 years from dismissal or discharge for a Chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy
• 2 year from dismissal for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy
• 1 years from a discharged Chapter 13 bankruptcy

If you have multiple bankruptcy filings within the past 7 years, the waiting period is 5 years.
