Can Point work with a reverse mortgage on the property?

Point's Home Equity Investment (HEI) can't be behind or junior to a reverse mortgage or another shared equity product. However, you can use an HEI from Point to pay off an existing reverse mortgage, or any other financial obligation secured by your home, including another HEI.
