What browsers or devices work best for the application?

To apply for an HEI from Point, you'll need a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access, and a web browser. Google Chrome is preferred. The application can take up to 10 minutes to fill out but you can leave and come back if you need. The application is autosaved and will be accessible in the same browser, or by logging in. You'll need an email address that you have access to in the same browser to log in. Once you've applied, you'll need access to email to receive updates and documents, and to your dashboard at home.point.com to get a status, see your tasks, and upload documents.
