Why was I asked to redo a task or upload the same document again?

If you're asked to upload the same document again, it usually means the document we received was:

  • Blurry, unreadable, or a screenshot

  • Missing required pages

  • Expired or not the most current

  • Uploaded under the wrong task

  • Not showing all four corners of the document

  • You may also need to re-upload documents that are over 30 days old, so they are kept current throughout the application process. Your dashboard will reflect the tasks that are due.
