Why am I receiving multiple emails or texts about tasks I already completed?
If you submitted documentation but it is blurry, illegible, missing pages, or is the wrong documentation, we may reassign the task. If you click on the task from your dashboard, there should be more details. We'll also request any documents that have expired, to keep them current through closing.
