Does Point ever renegotiate pricing?
Point’s pricing is represented by our share of appreciation, the HEI Percentage, which depends on a number of factors including your credit profile, property characteristics, home valuation, available equity, and the amount requested.
While pricing can't be negotiated, you can adjust the amount you request and choose when to repay—both of which affect your total repayment (up to 30 years, unless you have an existing agreement that specifies a 10-year term).
