What fees are associated with a Home Equity Investment?

There are no upfront fees or costs paid to apply for our HEI—including the home valuation. At closing, fees are deducted from the offer amount to cover processing costs.

Your offer details will always show the fees and how much cash you would receive. There are also a few servicing fees collected in addition to the payoff amount when you repay your HEI.
