Can I dispute a Hybrid AVM?
Each AVM is carefully reviewed by our valuations team before being approved. If you have concerns or disagree with the report, please let us know.
An appraisal may still be ordered if significant errors are found, such as incorrect Gross Living Area (GLA), inaccurate Room Count, or failure to account for an inground pool, but there must be proof that the city is aware of these items.
