How long does the appraisal take?

Our appraisal process has three main steps:

Scheduling the inspection (if in-person inspection is required). You will be contacted to arrange an in-person visit at a time that suits you.

In-person inspection. A licensed appraiser or trained real estate professional, will spend around 30 minutes to 1 hour on-site (this may extend to 1 to 2 hours for very large or complex properties).

Report preparation and delivery:

• Hybrid AVM (you complete a virtual walkthrough) typically takes 1 to 2 business days after we receive your images.

• Desktop appraisal and full appraisal report delivery typically take 5 to10 business days from the date of inspection.
