When will I receive my appraisal results?

For in-person inspections, we expect to receive and review your appraisal within 5 to 10 business days. For virtual walkthroughs, it takes 1 to 2 business days. Once your appraisal report has been reviewed by Point, you’ll receive your results by email within 1 to 2 business days. If any unexpected delays occur, we’ll notify you.
