What if I don’t want to download the app / conduct my own inspection?

We can switch appraisal types and have a professional inspect your home on your behalf, but be aware that other appraisal types are more expensive and can cost up to $1,000. That said, there are no upfront appraisal costs. These fees will be deducted from the amount of your HEI if you are funded.
