Will the appraiser consider recent sales I know about?

Comparable sales you believe are relevant can be shared during the Reconsideration of Value process if you disagree with the appraisal results.

You may submit up to four comparables that better represent your property.

Comparables must:

  • Have sold before the appraisal’s effective date

  • Be listed on the MLS

  • Be more similar than the comps used in the appraisal

We will review to determine whether reconsideration is possible.
