What documents do I need to provide for insurance verification?

You can provide the declaration page, or the full policy package (which includes the declarations page) for the subject property as proof of coverage. Please make sure to upload the complete document without missing pages.

For a new policy, we accept an insurance binder as temporary proof. Please also provide the invoice so that the policy premium can be paid at closing.

Insurance quotes alone are not accepted.
