How will I know who my subservicer is and what to tell my insurance company?

Point assigns a servicing partner {{glossary.BSI}} Financial Services or RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing—to look after your account.

After you accept your Final Offer, we will contact your insurance carrier to add the loss payee. If we are unable to complete this on your behalf, we may ask for your assistance. In that case, we’ll provide detailed instructions - including the exact mortgagee clause, lien position and any other required information.

Once your HEI funds, you’ll also receive a welcome package from the servicing partner explaining their role and how to contact them.
