How will I know who my subservicer is and what to tell my insurance company?

After you accept your final offer, Point will assign a subservicer, either BSI Financial Services or RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, to look after your account.

We’ll contact your insurance carrier to add them as a loss payee. If we are unable to complete this on your behalf, we may ask for your assistance. In that case, we’ll provide detailed instructions and information you need like the exact mortgagee clause, lien position and any other required information.

Once your HEI funds, you'll receive a welcome package from your assigned subservicer explaining their role and how to contact them.
