How do I request a payoff estimate?

For your convenience, we include a payoff estimate based on publicly available data on your quarterly statement. You may also request a payoff estimate from Point at any time or use the payoff calculator on your dashboard. When you're ready to exit your agreement, request an official payoff statement from servicing@point.com that includes the amount required to fully satisfy your HEI as of a specific date, along with repayment instructions.
