How long does it take to process a payoff after I request it?

Payoff timing depends on the valuation method you choose.

The typical timelines are:

• 2 to 3 business days for a sales contract

• 2 to 3 business days for an AVM valuation

• 5 to 7 business days for an exterior desktop appraisal

• 5 to 10 business days after inspection for a full appraisal

Please note that if a valuation is required, we use a third-party vendor and they operate under their own timelines, which are outside of our direct control. These timelines are estimates and may take longer based on vendor resources.

Once your valuation is complete and payoff funds are received, Point will issue a lien release (timing depends on county recording processes).
