What happens if I cannot provide a required lien release?

If a required lien release isn’t available, we can’t move forward with closing your Home Equity Investment.

The lien must be formally released and recorded before your application can proceed. If this comes up, our team will let you know whether a payoff at closing is an option and explain what steps are needed to resolve the lien.
