I signed my closing documents — what happens next?

After you sign your closing documents, a federally required 3-day rescission period begins (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). During this time, we review your documents and will contact you if any updates are needed.

Once the rescission period ends, we send funds to the title company. You’ll receive your funds from them by wire or overnight check, based on your selection at closing, typically no later than 3-5 business days.
