When will my subservicer be assigned?

After you accept your final offer, Point will assign a subservicer, either BSI Financial Services or RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, to look after your account.

We’ll contact your insurance carrier to add them as a loss payee.

Once your HEI funds, you'll receive a welcome package from your assigned subservicer explaining their role and how to contact them.
