Can I reopen it or draw from my HELOC before closing on my HEI funds?

Once you receive your payoff quote and submit it to us, any new draw will change the amount owed and can delay your closing date. Make sure there are no pending withdrawals when you request the payoff quote from your lender. If you have an automatic payment or a linked account that might draw, tell us before closing.
